It’s just the classic “Im too old or stuborn to imagine anything different than today”
It’s the same people throwing tantrums at their phone because they moved a setting.

Fuck sake, dont you all get it. The point in this kind of AI is massive data harvesting and tie it all together.
It wont go away, because that would mean you’ll get some privacy back. You wont.

Shit, I’ve heard so much gear mongoring about this for so long. Also on here.
The EU’s stance have never been anything other than no chat control. All everyone else have pointed out are proposals not even reaching the votes, or got voted down.
I get that you are afraid that the EU would do it anyway and pass the proposals. But they never did, and even if it got voted for today, it’s not even final and needs to go to the council who is openly against it.
But so nice that this is FINALLY put down.

That was a proposal never voted through.

That’s true for billing and fees, but not for 3rd party app stores.
The app stores inside Google Play would be 2nd party app stores.

Because they were forced by the EU. It’s still a US company.

Yes, like I said.
They are not obligated to give it to you at the “wrong” price, but at the same time it’s illegal to put up the sign if it’s misleading with the wrong price on purpose.
They are then obligated to fix the sign, otherwise it’s misleading.

Best shot is that EU will make it possible, as they distance themselves from US tech right now.

It’s illegal in Germany, but not in the way you think.
It’s illegal to write to wrong price on the sign on purpose, but if it happens by accident the shop is not obligated to sell at the price on the sign.
That’s it. You is blowing this way out of proportion.

Which proves we are no better than reddit users. We are just more privacy minded, but still dumb fucks with a keyboard.

My guess would be these OS’s just wont do it and stop doing business in that state.
Lucky for you, you can just download them anyway.
My guess is also that these lawmakers dont care nor considered other OS’s than Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android.

I’ve noticed some UK medias doing this. Also before AI. Some make bullet points in the top of the article also for what the whole text is about.
In one way it’s better than people only reading headlines. In the other way, probably more people wont read past the bullet points.
So I dont know if this is AI, or just a cultural thing spreading.

Proton > US companies
It’s not perfect, but no reason to recommend Google, Microsoft or Apple above it.

“Very weird way of writing numbers”
You mean like in all of Europe (excluding UK and Ireland) and latin America? It’s only english speaking countries and some Asian countries that separate with ,

Imagine writing things as important as laws with AI. Or maybe just look to the far left of the globe, which ironically runs the most far right politics in the west.

They’ll say everything and exploit anyone for their numbers.

Damn. It’s the end then. That can only mean the robots are ready for the streets. Literally, THE STREETS.
Think about it. He’s in the government (non-elected) and they are deploying ICE agents everywhere.
The robots will 100% be seen standing at street corners “keeping the peace” within a year.
Omfg am I crazy, or is this realistic? Please just tell me I’m wrong and there’s no chance.
Yes, you are. The grid is in no way blocking you. You are repeating propaganda.
As the other guy/girl said, only if everyone switched from one day to the other, you’d have a temporary problem.
How many data centers do you think you need to power a car?
