That’s why people organize. Black people with job insecurity fought against worse odds in the civil rights movement. You build community and mutual aid so you can afford to strike and get the concessions you need, and then keep organizing because the struggle doesn’t end there.

People in more precarious positions than now organized and that’s how they got every concession ever. The conditions may be different, but it will only get worse without organizing and striking.

I feel you. If you can get people near you to support you that might help. Honestly reading theory makes me more resilient to this kinda thing, and organizing or at least volunteering is even better (assuming you’re able), but either way there’s absolutely a lot of shit going on and it’s very valid to get burned out. Just giving some ideas that help me cope just in case they can make your time on earth more tolerable.
