It’s insanely unhealthy, I’m not sure if it still exists after getting meme’d on but the large had 2,600 calories, 135 grams of fat (59 grams saturated), 263 grams of sugar, and 1,700 milligrams of sodium.
As a type 1 diabetic the fact that it has 333g total carbs is absolutely wild. A can of coke has like 39g of carbs
