My wife once worked at a Catholic school which had training where they had guys like this. They fired real weapons with blanks to do active shooter training. She was a great teacher, but bullshit like that is amongst the reasons she no longer teaches.

Everytime he blames someone reminds me of this video where a toddler has cookie all over their face and says “cookie monster ate the cookie” when asked who stole/ate the cookie.
